Inner Alchemy: A Microdosing Journey

During years of work with mushrooms, psilocybin, personal development, meditation, breathwork, and wellness, both Antonela and I have been constantly asked to help people work with these medicines. As a result, we have carefully designed this this program to help you use psilocybin microdosing, intention setting, and alchemical processes of the Body, Mind, and Spirit as a means to widen your perspectives of, and harmonize with your inner and outer worlds.

 FAQs

  • There is no research that suggests use of psilocybin leads to addiction or withdrawal symptoms.

  • Our purpose is to provide educational materials, instructions, consultations, text, graphics, images, and other materials, for informational purposes only. We are not licensed medical doctors or therapists and therefore we do not offer medical advice, diagnose or treat disease or psychological conditions. You should consult with your own physician, psychiatrist, medical doctor or mental health care provider before initiating any type of therapies.

  • Unfortunately, Psilocybin is still an illegal substance in many places around the world. It is you r responsibility to find out the laws of your region. We do not encourage engagement in illegal activities, including the purchase and consumption of illegal substances. We do not assist clients in finding or obtaining illegal substances. And we do not offer guided psychedelic experiences

  • Microdosing is highly compatible with other forms of therapy as it opens you up to new perspectives, allowing you to see things differently and cope better with stress and mental disorders. Specifically, we have tailored this acompaniment to focus around self observation and reflection so that should be especially helpful in your other therapies.

  • As microdosing has very little scientific research behind it, there are no documented risks. However the risks of taking larger doses of psilocybin include: increases or decreases in blood pressure and heart rate, anxiety, psychological distress, paranoid ideation, physical discomfort, headache, and nausea. Higher doses may also cause individuals to do things that put themselves or others at risk of physical harm.

However, a microdosis is such a small fraction of a dose, we have not heard of these risks occurring but there are some claims microdosing psilocybin can lead to insomnia, increased anxiety and depression, poor mood, low energy, physical discomfort (e.g., gastrointestinal symptoms, headache, disrupted senses, temperature dysfunction), poor focus and cognitive functioning, and impaired social skills. There is also risk associated in misidentifying mushrooms, or improper storage of mushrooms leading to mold or other toxins.

Nevertheless, we are not licensed medical doctors or therapists and therefore we do not offer medical advice, so you should consult with your own physician, psychiatrist, medical doctor or mental health care provider before consuming any supplement such as Psilocybin.

  • While a lot of testing still needs to be done, under regular doses, the risk of psychosis or suicidality in supervised clinical settings is low and Psilocybin is well tolerated in individuals screened for specific physiological and psychological health criteria, but consumption is not recommended for people with a history of Schizophrenia or BPD.

Nevertheless, we are not licensed medical doctors or therapists and therefore we do not offer medical advice, so you should consult with your own physician, psychiatrist, medical doctor or mental health care provider before consuming any supplement such as Psilocybin.

  • Yes, the dosage is so small that it shouldn’t interfere with daily functionality, if anything, we hope to improve it!

  • The answer is the only way to know, is to try. As with everything else in life, we are all different, and substances affect us all differently. Generally speaking a microdose is 5-10% of a regular dose, but what a regular dose is varies per individual. I recommend starting with .1g and working your way up to a maximum of .25g; but as I said this depends greatly on the species, your body, and if you are mixing them with another substance such as an MAOi.

  • There is no data on the safety of taking psilocybin during pregnancy, for either a mother or a developing baby. People should consult their health provider before taking any drug during pregnancy.

  • You do not need previous experience to microdose, however, check with a medical professional before taking any supplement or substance.

  • We cannot accept refunds after 7 days of purchasing the program, but if you have a problem after this time frame, please contact us and we will address your concerns.

  • Technically, any Psilocybe species may be used to microdose. However, each species varies greatly in the quantity of psilocybin by weight, and certain species are considered to have a more consistent amounts, while in others each individual mushroom is a lottery. Therefore, the most commonly used mushroom for determined predictable doses is Psilocybin cubensis. In the course we will provide specific dosage recommendations for different species.

  • As we are only microdosing, you should not feel high. As the first day your body will be adjusting, you might feel a little funny but if you feel that you cannot preform daily tasks, you should lower your dose.

  • Most people who conduct drug tests use a 5-panel urine test that does not include the ability to detect psilocybin mushrooms. Psilocybin mushrooms will not show up on 5, 8, 10, or 12-panel drug tests.

  • Before the program starts, it would be ideal to consult a medical professional before initiating this therapy. When you sign up, we will provide you with a technical guide explaining the process we will be going through, including dosing and other supplements we recommend taking with your microdosis. If you’d like to get a head start on sourcing legal psilocybin we recommend it. But no worries, the first week of our program we will be preparing together before beginning to take the microdoses in week 2.
