My name is Jenny and I am so happy you found this site! Here I hope that together we can embrace the essence of Caosophía and dance between chaos and order using the wisdom of science and spirit.

As an Environmental Scientist, Amateur Mycologist, Educator, and “a spiritual being having a human experience,” I teach about mushroom cultivation, how natural systems work, sustainability, self sufficiency, medicine making, self observation, self reflection, and basically whatever I feel is relevant to our evolution as beings and as a society. I view these practices as rituals that reconnect us with universal wisdom and aim to inspire others into action, inviting them to recognize our environments as a mirrors that reflect our inner landscapes, help us self-observe and build community.

Beyond the physically tangible l realm, In my blog and Instagram, I will venture into topics like reiki healing, astrology, mythology, out-of body experiences, lucid dreaming, divination, channeling, and exploring the archetypes that shape our narratives. Each of these topics serves as a thread in the rich tapestry of life, reminding us that transformation begins within. After all, everything is connected.

This means that here you’ll find courses, informational guides, access to consulting sessions, meditations, blog posts, live-chat events, lists of resources, introspection programs, and anything else that flows.
